Our History
Equipment Express has a long and proud heritage in specialized transportation. Incorporated in the 1950s, the original owner bought Equipment Express to help with industrial plant relocation projects. Though it had niche beginnings, Equipment Express now services every industrial area and has provided best-in-class transportation services across Canada and the US for more than 70 years. Although the head office has moved from Windsor to Toronto, and now to Ayr, it has always remained a proudly Canadian company.
Equipment Express boasts a wide selection of specialized heavy-haul equipment, including 200 trailers, 40 tractors, a fleet of escort vehicles, and more than a dozen 13-axle trailer combinations. This substantial inventory allows us to select the optimum equipment for your unique cargo and ensure capacity for your most critical projects.
